I can see and watch Netflix 4k on numerous devices and at least one other laptop. I am running Win 10 with the latest update. The display is set to 60 hz at 4K resolution. I did notice the Advanced Display Properties setting says the display is 59 hz, not 60 hz--could that be the issue? Go to Solution. Thank you for your reply. Resolution is set to 4K. The weird thing is that I have another laptop that is 4K-capable to an external monitor, but it has only an HD display itself. Using this other laptop in standalone mode I do not use external monitorsthe Netflix app shows 4K badges--weird!
